Hi, I'm Magda.

I was born between Swiss and Egyptian cultures, Christian and Muslim lineages, and shaped by a lifelong exploration of identity, truth, embodiment, creativity, spirituality, and what it means to feel fully alive.

Over the years, my path has led me through many worlds and ways of living - across both individualistic and collectivist societies and cultural frameworks.

From structured corporate environments to creative and entrepreneurial spaces, humanitarian work, art, music, movement, nature-based living, deep inner exploration, and spiritual inquiry, my journey has been shaped by both lived human experience and wisdom rooted in ancient and modern traditions.

At 26, I went through a profound breakdown that stripped away almost everything I thought I could rely on: my connection to family, my home, a romantic relationship and a startup I had placed much of my sense of security, identity and future into, my work, my savings, my identity, and eventually even my health. At the same time, I was confronted with the painful realization that many of the people I thought would be there for me simply were not.

That period became a turning point.

My journey since then has been about discovering what remains when everything I built my identity upon begins to fall away.

The roles.

The ways I learned to be.

The parts of myself shaped by expectations, survival, relationships, and the need to belong.

Even my understanding of concepts like friendship, family, love, good, and bad began to unravel.

At some point, none of it felt stable anymore.

And underneath it all, something much simpler revealed itself.

Not a role.

Not an identity.

Not something I have to constantly perform or hold together.

Just something that remains when I stop leaving myself.

Learning to live from that place has changed everything.

And practicing it, day after day, has become an endless source of transformation, creativity, freedom, and discovery.

Because life is no longer only about trying to become someone, or fitting into a shape that makes sense to the world.

It is about learning how to listen more honestly to what is truly there - moment after moment - and allowing life to move through me with greater presence, trust, and openness.

And the deeper I remain connected to that place, the more the boundaries between myself, life, and something far greater than myself begin to soften.

At times, it feels like touching a state of profound unity - with life, with the divine, with the mystery moving through all things.

A kind of freedom, aliveness, love, and ecstasy that is difficult to fully put into words.

Since then, both my life and my work have been devoted to exploring what becomes possible when we learn to remain more deeply connected to ourselves, to life, and to the greater intelligence moving through our experience.

Not becoming someone new, but softening enough to trust that beneath the conditioning, the striving, and the identities we construct, what we seek already exists within and around us - and learning how to allow it to move through us more freely.
