WELCOME

Hi, I'm Magda.

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to contribute to a more beautiful world.

For years, I searched for the most meaningful way to do that.

That search led me through different cultures, ways of living, studies, careers, philosophies, healing modalities, and countless experiences that challenged everything I thought I knew about myself and about life.

And this space is where I gather and share what has made my own world more beautiful.

Not as answers to follow, but as invitations to explore.

Take what resonates.

Leave what doesn't.

Let your own experience be your guide.

What this space is

At the heart of this space is the intention to support a more truthful relationship with ourselves, with each other, and with life itself.

Not by telling people who they should be, what they should believe, or how they should live.

But by creating spaces, practices, reflections, and experiences that help us to slow down, become aware, and return to ourselves.

I don't believe truth is something that can be handed to us.

It is something each person must come into relationship with directly through their own lived experience.

Something we discover - and continue discovering - through our direct relationship with life.

And perhaps it is through this relationship that we reconnect to something greater than ourselves:

to Life,

to the Divine,

to God,

to Source,

to the intelligence moving through all things.

Not by becoming someone else,

but by remembering and embodying what was always there underneath the conditioning, the performance, the fear, and the disconnection.

This space is an invitation.

To come home to yourself.

To participate more fully in life.

And to let life participate more fully through you.

Why does this matter?

Because life is precious.

And every moment is an opportunity to participate in it more fully.

To be a little more connected.
A little more honest.
A little more present.
A little more ourselves.

I believe that when we reconnect with our own nature and find the courage to express it, we don’t only change our own lives.

We change the quality of our relationships.
We change the way we raise children.
The way we lead.
The way we create.
The way we care.
The way we move through the world.

And perhaps that is how the world changes.

Not through a few extraordinary people.

But through ordinary people who are deeply connected to themselves, to one another, and to life.

  • navigating life transitions, inner conflict, grief, or transformation

  • cultivating deeper self-trust, presence, and relational awareness

  • moving toward greater coherence between your inner world and the way you live, create, and relate

  • experiencing more vitality, aliveness, connection, and meaning

Explore this Space

Through embodied practices, movement, voice, emotional exploration, presence, relational awareness, and deep inner inquiry, we create spaces where the different layers of our experience - emotional, intuitive, physical, relational, and cognitive - can begin to reconnect and move together more coherently.

Not through fixing who we are,

but through learning how to listen more deeply to what is already there.

The Different Layers We Explore

Somatic/Embodied

How we experience and relate to ourselves, to others, and to life through the body

Emotional

How we feel, process and navigate emotional experiences.

Relational

How we connect, communicate, and relate to ourselves, others and the world around us.

Expressive

How we express, create, communicate and interact with both our inner and outer worlds.

Intuitive

What we sense, perceive, and understand beyond rational thought alone.

Cognitive

How we reflect, interpret, understand, and make meaning of our experiences.

Explorative

Exploring new ways of perceiving, experiencing, and relating to ourselves, to others, and to life.

The tools

This work draws from years of exploration across embodied, emotional, relational, creative, and spiritual practices and tools.

These include somatic awareness, emotional integration, psychosynthesis, systemic and ancestral work,  movement, dance, yogic wisdom, intuitive voice work, ritual, ceremony, mentoring, workshops, and approaches inspired by authentic relating, non-violent communication, and deep relational inquiry.

Drawing from both ancient and contemporary approaches to healing, embodiment, creativity and human transformation, these spaces may also integrate energy awareness, intuitive practices, and expanded states of perception when relevant to the process.

The tools and practices I share are ones I have deeply explored and integrated within my own life and journey over many years.

I do not believe in fixing people, but in creating spaces where we can reconnect to ourselves more honestly and fully - allowing greater awareness, integration, healing, expression, and transformation to emerge organically from within.

What we cultivate in this space

Integrity

Learning to live, relate, and express ourselves in deeper alignment with what feels true, honest and coherent within us.

Sacred Presence

Bringing awareness, intention and care into the way we relate to ourselves, to others, to the body, to nature and to life itself.

Authenticity

Meeting ourselves and one another with honesty, compassion, and the willingness to be seen beyond masks and performances.

Compassion

Recognising that behind every defense, wound, emotion, or behavior exists a human being longing to be seen, understood and met with care.

Beauty

Bringing intention, presence, care and attention to the way we create, relate, express and shape the spaces we inhabit.

Courage

Remaining present with the vulnerability, uncertainty, grief, truth, and transformation that growth can ask of us.

"I’ve monitored my body for a whole week with all the movements and reactions that had happened that urged me to join “The Women Circle” past Saturday and honestly this one was transformative! Not only the emotional release this time but how safe the space you hold for the people in the room that makes everyone walk in there authentically and willingly. What happened in the women circle isn’t comprehensive in words yet the closest is that someone brought me back into my body and reintroduced us after years and years of detachment and feeling so foreign in my own skin! I’ve had somatic issues for years that I’ve let go of most of it, if not all, during this women circle because of you and the other women in there. Thank you Magda for an experience worth living!"
